Fees and Payment

1. Fees of packages, courses, programmes and/or trial classes must be paid (via Cash/PayNow/PayLah!/Cheque) before attending the class or by the first session of each full term. The Moving Artistry by J&P Dance Studio (TMA) reserves the right to suspend any student from attending any session(s) until payment of fees is received.

2. All fees paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Class Administration

3. TMA reserves the right to adjust the class dates and time upon giving prior notice.

4. The schedule of each full term may be altered at the discretion of TMA management, and it is the responsibility of parents / students to refer to the updates posted on TMA Facebook and/or Instagram page.

5. TMA reserves the right to transfer, combine or dissolve a session and replace its teachers.

 

Attendance

6. Students are advised to attend sessions regularly and punctually.

7. It is of good practice for parents / students to notify TMA at least 6 hours before, should they need to miss any classes.

8. A penalty fee of $25 will be charged for late cancellations (less than 8h before start of class) or in cases of no-show.

9. Subject to arrangement of replacement in accordance with paragraph 11 below, there will be no refund for any missed session due to students’ personal matters.

10. All replacements of courses, unless otherwise stated, are to be made within the course of term (10 sessions), otherwise it will be forfeited.

11. All replacements are subject to availability of slots and students should contact their instructors for confirmation prior to attending replacement classes.

 

General Policies

12. TMA will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items.

13. To the extent permitted by law, TMA’s staff and teachers shall not be held responsible for any personal injury or damage.

 

General Administration

14. It is the responsibility of parents / students to notify TMA of any changes in personal particulars immediately, otherwise TMA will not be responsible for any inconvenience caused.

15. TMA has implemented the Personal Data Protection Policy on the collection, use, disclosure, access, update, as well as care of students’ personal data. TMA may use students’ data for inclusion in mailing list to receive updates on TMA.
